Let Only – 96% (inc. VAT) of First Month’s Rent
Fully Managed – 14.4% (inc. VAT)

Managed properties will be subject to a set-up fee to cover charges such as professional inventory and condition report, registering tenants deposit and referencing. An example of this would be £350 plus VAT for a typical 3 bedroom house/flat.
